Hey, who's complaining, when you have that nice striped bass (assuming that's you in the photo), and at least two attractive females admiring the fish. Sure, the inflatable PFD is a nerd kind of thing, but the fish is the important part of the photo.

Looks like you are required to wear a PFD (Sospenders?) if you are the supreme leader, even if no one else is wearing one.
