I met the owner of this beautiful boat this morning and there appears to be a very good fit for the Pacific Cup & Saucer; I'm going to Hawaii*.
He's a very nice guy, a singlehander, obviously successful enough to own this boat, and pretty experienced. I think the most important thing is that we hit it off and have similar goals for sailing/racing. Seriously, 2 hours went by in a flash.
Oh man, this is a nice boat too. I can't wait to take her out for a sail. Of course, the race isn't until July so faithful readers of this blog be prepared for an inundation of Pacific Cup ramblings for the next 8 months.
*This is assuming of course, he doesn't read this blog too closely and see posts like A Bag of Pretzels.

Good luck. Hope you win the Pacific Saucer. You deserve it.
Sweet! I look forward to eating up your entrees about the Pacific Cup with an occasional side of pirates and dancing Santas. Mahalo amigo.
NIce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
very Cool dude!
He is obviously also successful enough to cover every vulnerable part of the boat with Sunbrella fabric, including the gunwales.
